Garden Villas of O’Fallon

Garden Villas of O'Fallon is an independent and assisted living community in O'Fallon, Missouri, operated by Delmar Gardens. The community offers both independent living with no entrance, community, or endowment fees, and assisted living for residents who need additional support while maintaining independence.

Independent living residents enjoy newly renovated alcove, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with fully-equipped custom kitchens. Daily courtesies include valet parking, grocery and package delivery, and snow removal. A registered dietitian is on staff to assist with menu planning and special diets, and tailored social, recreational, educational, and fitness programs are offered to residents.

Assisted living residents receive specialized care from trained and qualified staff available 24 hours a day. Medications are reviewed every 60 days by a geriatric board-certified pharmacist, and in-house escort service is provided to and from activities, dining, and other areas. Health care services are available through the affiliated Delmar Gardens Nursing Center located on campus.
