I'm very grateful & sincerely appreciative of "Team Sunterra Springs." The frontline Nursing, Physical & Occupational therapist, Certified Nursing Assistance personnel, & Patient Care Technicians, have embraced exemplary caregiver & emotional intellectual skills. Their day-to-day medical expertise is often taken for granted....I and others do value and respect your selfless efforts. I'm amazed by your willingness to endure extensive work hours while simultaneously caring for those of us in dire health conditions. The Culinary Team lead by Ms. Emily are true professionals, with a willingness to meet the nutritional needs of the individual patient...the Chiefs and meal technicians provide foods with palate pleasing flavors!! The Physician & Administrative staff go beyond and above. They ensure high quality care is the standard. I personally thank all of you, for what you daily for so many. Blue Skies! My wife had a 5 day rehab stay at Sunterra Springs Dardenne and I have to be honest. I was blown away with the facility and especially the staff. I have rarely ever seen a staff as friendly and pleasant as the staff here. Every time I visited my wife during her rehab, I was greeted with smiles and a pleasant, Hello, Can I help you, or Can I get you anything. It didnt matter if I arrived at 10am, 6pm or 10pm, everyone was super pleasant and that allowed me to feel relaxed and believe my wife was receiving quality care. The facilities are open, warm and beautiful. The rehab area was huge with outfitted with what looked to me was good equipment. The library had a variety of books and games. Rooms were large and the furniture and bed was nice. I really appreciate the team at Sunterra Springs Dardenne during this tough time in my familys' life.

Sunterra was wonderful from the first minute my dad arrived. The staff was so caring and helpful. Dad loved all the staff from the nurses and therapists to the cooks. The food was great and dad gained a much needed 15 pounds during his stay. He wanted coffee or juice at weird times and they would always have it for him. The therapy staff made him work hard so he could get back on his feet. At night he would wake up and the staff would sit and talk to him until he went back to sleep. The discharged staff setup everything we needed to feel safe when we brought him home. What a gem tucked into a quiet corner of Dardenne Prairie.

The care my Dad received at Sunterra Springs was Top Knotch! The tour that Meghan took the time to give was exceptional. Meghan was thorough and answered all our questions. If we needed anything she was a phone call or text away. Sunterra was a great facility for the care my dad needed.

The care my mother received at Sunterra Springs was excellent! I cannot recommend the therapy team enough. Dana and Katie in therapy, Meghan in admissions and Heather, the administrator, made the whole process move BEAUTIFULLY. We will be back again if we need therapy.
