Do not sent your family member to a Cornerstone Facility. Management team most times will not addresses concerns of residents. I have talked to management and they say "I'm new on the job and don't know anything about these issues." They don't update basic facility upkeep at their senior living facilities and always blame non repairs on "THE INVESTORS WON"T SPEND MONEY." If you are thinking of sending a loved one to one of their facilities make sure to request a copy of the residents monthly meetings and see how long it's been since they addressed concerns of residents. Also talk to residents and ask them if issues or concerns are addressed in timely manner. Instead of questioning who I am, why don't you address my concerns of not addressing residents concerns, not spending money on basic repairs and attach the latest safety report from each of your facilities.
