We were very pleased with the level of concern for the well being and dignity of my husband during his stay and the discharge process at ECH Rehab, as well as the continuing care now that he is home. We were especially delighted that PT happened 6 days a week, rather than the 5 we anticipated. Approaching holiday season and the construction project going on would have been an understandable distraction from patients, but neither caused limited care.

Before my mom came here I was told this was one of the best Skilled Nursing facilities in the county. Now that mom has been here over a year I totally agree. The nurses, aids, activity directors, and even the receptionists make mom feel cared for and loved. The care is excellent but the relationships that mom has with the staff are the icing on top.

We could not have had a better experience with a rehab facility. Each staff member we encountered, provided answers & insights for the situation with our Dad. They made what became his final days, loving, caring, kind, peaceful & at our request, prayerful. We are, forever grateful.

Absolutely terrible. There were only a select few people that were even remotely pleasant to be around. The rooms are in terrible condition and the food at Rochester General was somehow better, and for $15k/m their meals should be catered. Don't bother using the button asking for help, because they don't respond. You have to find someone if you need anything. Oh and it was beyond unprofessional hearing the staff loudly talking politics in the hallway. Ohh and the staff at the front desk yelling at my family while they are trying to visit their dying loved one. This facility made the dying process that much more painful. I already told my wife, if that place is her only option for me, take me out another way. This place is a torture chamber!
