Our caregiver was great. She clicked with my husband quickly. Kept him busy with puzzles, games, & music. Sorry to see her go but more care was required for my husband. Staff was generally easy to work with regarding scheduling. Would use them again.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know much we appreciate Kate. She has helped us work thru some issues that we've had with dad and she's always kind , understanding and supportive to us . She has literally improved my life and ability to maintain a caring relationship with dad who has been very difficult to deal with as his health declined and dementia increased. I'm so glad you assigned her to dad, she has been perfect. She has helped us work thru things. Honestly, all of us are so grateful to her . I just can't say enough. We love having her!

We have been served by Touching Hearts at Home for 3 years and I highly recommend them. For the most part the care partners are very good. Services and needs for my mom & dad has changed and more assistance is required. I met with Sarah, social worker who is absolutely amazing I must add. Because of the care plan change my parents need consistency in their care partners that work with them. Sarah and Brenda, who is the scheduler got right on it and makes it happen. I can't thank Touching Hearts at Home enough for all they do for my family.

Sarah the social worker for Touching Hearts is amazing! She is always there to make sure things run perfectly and addresses any requests quickly. She has made our experience so wonderful and we would be lost without her and Touching Hearts. Also the fact that they are truly 24/7 and available all day and night is invaluable.

We have been using Touching Hearts (for over 5 months now) to help my brother who has Parkinson's and lives on his own. Our experience has been absolutely amazing!! My brother is comfortable in his own home and his community, so we want him to be able to stay there as long as possible. With Touching Hearts, this is possible! They provide companionship, help with his meds, help him with shopping and meal prep, take him to doctor's appointments and exercise class, and do light housework and laundry. Since I live in a different state, it is so comforting to know that someone will be checking in on him regularly. He currently has two care partners - both are truly angels. The communication has been outstanding too. After every visit, a report of the day's events are posted for me to read, and I am able to send messages back. Sarah, the social worker, is another angel. She goes above and beyond to make sure that my brother is well cared for . . . and she doesn't forget the holidays! The flexibility of Touching Hearts has also been unremarkable. We've been able to add or take away hours as needed, no problem. Touching Hearts is costly (the only negative), but it is money well spent. You won't be disappointed. We all want our loved ones to have the best care possible, and Touching Hearts has provided that for us. ❤️
