All of the staff at Heather Heights are very friendly. They know residents by their first name. Wendy at the reception desk remembered us even though we don’t visit often since we live out of town. They have lots of entertainment and activities for residents to participate in.

Heather Heights of Pittsford is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The building has a warm atmosphere that makes it feel like a home. Everything is well maintained, and the attention to cleanliness really shows. It’s clear that creating a comfortable and inviting environment for residents is a priority.

My mom moved here three months ago. It’s been a transition for her and a very positive one. The staff is so caring. My mom has done very well. I’m very happy she is here with new friends.

My father has resided at Heather Heights since April 2025 after he suffered a stroke. He’s made a great recovery but can no longer live on his own. We’ve been incredibly pleased by all aspects of his experience at Heather Heights. We have peace of mind knowing he is well cared for and safe. My father has said many times that he has not met a single staff member he didn’t truly like. The staff takes an interest in each resident and they are caring and conscientious. They truly want our family members to be happy there. They are open and responsive to any questions that come up. The facility is immaculate, the food is good and the housekeeping staff keeps my Dad’s room and bathroom neat and clean. The activities staff brings in entertainment on a regular basis and there’s an ice cream shop that serves sundaes every afternoon if a resident wants one. One of the most helpful things Heather Heights provides, that’s included in the charges, is transportation to medical appointments. As I’m the only local family member and I work full-time, this is an invaluable service. In sum, I give Heather Heights our highest recommendation.
