I worked with Michele to arrange last minute care for my dad in his memory care unit to transition back to his routine after a hospital stay. I was impressed by how quickly Michele responded and how thorough and concise she was in providing details on how they could help. The communication was excellent. While this service is not cheap, the fact that they pay their staff such a fair wage I’m sure is instrumental in why this company provides such wonderful care and has competent available caregivers on short notice. I live far away and wasn’t able to witness the caregivers with my dad but the memory care staff told me my dad would say, “this persons number one!!” to everyone at his facility, so that’s a rave review from Dad! I did receive one phone call from someone else from NPLH about scheduling and that lady was abrupt and lacked Michele’s professionalism and compassion, but that’s a small blip on the radar of an otherwise fantastic company that I highly recommend. A sincere heartfelt thank you, Michele, for helping me honor my dad’s wishes by allowing me to keep him out of a nursing home. I can not thank you enough for that.

No Place Like Home Senior care were excellent. They tailored a care plan for my mother that perfectly met her needs. The plan was adjusted as necessary. Our caregiver, Sandra was great. She was attentive to Mom's needs and really cared about her. The office staff were friendly and responded quickly to our questions and concerns.

Everyone at No place Like Home has been wonderful. I’m especially impressed with Michele, who went way above and beyond expectations. We were sad to leave NPLH due to weirdness with our insurance company, and Michele actually went to a lot of trouble to help us find another agency that would work with our insurance! Her life’s mission is to improve caregivers’ pay, and to help clients navigate the process of finding the right home care help. We are so grateful!

I am very happy with this company. They are really responsive to my mom and she looks forward to when the caregiver shows up. To be honest Mom is a little lonely and I feel like she needs to be in nursing care but she refuses so we tried one other care company. That didn't work so well so we tried this one. It's been 3 months now and Mom likes them. They even take her to church on a Sunday. Who does that anymore. They even did an unscheduled drop by visit once because Mom was lonely. On my end, they are easy to work with and friendly. I certainly recommend them if you're looking for home care.

Debra has been wonderful to work with in lining up care for my mother after she came out of rehab. She is true to her company's name in her philosophy to provide the best care to keep her clients in their own home in a safe environment. The caregivers are reliable and responsive to my mother's needs and willingly help with any request we make. They have even completed tasks without us asking. It has given our family peace of mind to know that our mother is being well cared for when we can't be there ourselves. I would highly recommend No Place Like Home Senior Care if you are in need of home health care for your loved one.
