My brother recently had a recovery stay here. We thought it would be a month but ended up only being 2 weeks. They were very proactive in his recovery. Visitations were simple. Facility is clean with great staff!

This facility went above and beyond for a recent family member. Making sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. They went out of their way to accomodate any of his extra requests even though we all knew they were busy over the holidays. Of course nursing homes get bad reps but myself and family being in the medical field understood that they truly are selfless here trying to accomodate their patients.

This facility exceeded all my expectations. The therapy team was knowledgeable and attentive, creating a personalized plan that helped my dad progress quickly. Nursing and support staff were consistently kind, efficient, and respectful. The entire operation is well-organized, clean, and focused on patient success. I would confidently recommend this rehab center to anyone needing short-term recovery.

My aunt was admitted to Brickyard Portage for rehab after a hospital stay. During her time there, the Therapy team was amazing. They encouraged her to regain her strength for a safe discharge home and supported her during the process; they even followed up with her inquiring about her progress since discharge. Nursing leadership were very knowledgeable, the DNS answered any all questions respectfully and gracefully. I am very grateful for all the staff who cared for her, and the compassion given to my family during this tough time.
