Water of Hobart definitely take good care of their patients, they are striving to do better when mistakes are made which is the best part because WE ALL make mistakes and fall short sometimes it’s about fixing your mistakes and The water of Hobart does this very thing. Shout to to Helen, Taylor Gang, Kevin thank you brother. Temple the Whole Therapy Team. I love the CNA’s and The RN’s Please don’t kill me if I forgot some names it’s been awhile. I want to let caregiver Georgina know that I appreciate her for always being friendly and kind when I called concerning my brother. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, she took time to listen and answer my concerns. I could tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. For that reason I'm glad she was the nurse on duty when my brother John Phillips coded this week, because I feel like she would have done everything she could to help him. But I want her to know that I'm thinking about her and keeping her in my prayers. As an RN myself, I know what it's like to have a patient code. I know what it's like to lose them in spite of your best efforts. And I know what it's like to make that call to their family. Georgina thank you for being so kind to me. For being such a happy and positive presence. Thank you for doing your very best to save John. I imagine codes like that don't happen often and I'm sure it was traumatic. This nursing facility has been very accommodating, my husband has been here for a year as a stroke patient with paralysis on his left side. They take good care of him , keeping him clean, dressed and interacting with them . I am greatly appreciative of the staff and care they provide. The facility is kept very clean. I gave them 5 stars because of all the above and the friendlyness of the employees. 👌🏽💕

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Care and Kindness from Robin at The Waters! Robin at The Waters is absolutely amazing! Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care make such a difference every single day. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for — always with a smile and a kind word. It’s clear that Robin truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats residents, families, and staff alike. People like her make The Waters feel more like home. I can’t thank her enough for all that she does — she’s a true gem and an incredible part of the team!

We were wowed by the quality and level of attention and service. My wife received while she stayed at the waters, Amanda, Robin, Josten and so many others really put their backs into caring for Charlotte with a high degree of quality iof service that I think would be hard to find even in the most expensive and elaborate nursing facilities so thank you for everything and you guys just continue to rock.
