I moved into the Villas Independent Living about four months ago. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with garage duplex. The complex is centrally located to everything you want or need. I cannot express how happy I am, it's perfect for me, everything is so well kept, everyone is so friendly. They have lots of activities if you choose, dining in the dining room or take out, for a very reasonable monthly fee, if you choose. It's a comfort to know that should I need it in the future I can just move across the street to assisted living. I'm so glad I made the decision to live at Windward Point! 😊 5/27/26 Update!! I have lived at in the Windward Point Community for just over a year now and was just thinking today that I can confidently say moving here was the best decision I could have made. I visited several senior communities before committing to Windward Pointe and I honestly say I wouldn't change a thing. I am content and very happy here 😊💕

Finding the right place for my aunt wasn't just a logistical decision — it was one of the most important ones I've ever made. Transitioning someone with dementia into assisted living requires patience, empathy, and an unwavering focus on the person, not just the process. When we found Windward Pointe, I knew almost immediately it was the right fit. Danielle, Nurse Debbie, and the entire staff have been an incredible support through every step of this journey. They didn't just accept my aunt — they welcomed her. They took the time to know her, reassure her, and make her feel safe in a place that was completely new to her. Today, she is thriving. She's at a healthy weight, feels safe, has made new friends, and reminds me regularly how thankful and blessed she is to be where she is. That kind of outcome doesn't happen by accident — it happens because of people who genuinely care. I'm beyond grateful for the Windward Pointe team. If you're searching for a place where your loved one will truly be seen and cared for, look no further.

This place isn't what it appears to be. I complained to the Executive Director about all the issues & couldn't even get a response from Wednesday to today Saturday. Paying $4400 a month & her laundry is wrecked weekly. That's if it's even cleaned. Sometimes it's not even done. Today someone told her some of the residents do their own laundry. That is supposed to be included. Along with 3 meals a day. Which my mother only eats once a day with them. Today she tried to ask for dinner to be brought up to her because she wasn't feeling well. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. She ended up having a panic attack & couldn't breathe. She ended up ordering delivery. At least that was good food. She says the food is terrible, calls it slop. Her apartment isn't cleaned like it should be. This might be the affordable option compared to other facilities but you get what you pay for.
