Absolutely terrible! My grandfather has received the worst possible care. Took over an hour to get a CNA to get his neighbor out of bed. Took over 20 minutes to have his call light answered. Post op care is NOT managed appropriately. I have first hand worked in an understaffed facility and never took more than 5 minutes to answer a call light, there is no excuse for how he has been treated. I would give ZERO stars if possible.

Nicest place to send your loved one. They took good care of my husband following his brain surgery. When he arrived there he couldn't walk and was pretty much bedridden. Thanks to their rehab team, nurses and staff he got back to walking, talking better, and mostly back to his old self. They care about their patients and work hard to make them have a useful life again. Best place I have found. You will not be disappointed.
