They take good care of the residents, however, the urine smell hits you in the face the second you walk in the door. Clearly they don't have enough staff to care for all the cleaning needs.

My father was admitted here at the end of February, recovering from a stroke. He was walking with a walker, eating, and thriving. Within one week, he was taken to the hospital extremely dehydrated and malnourished. Upon return, he was found filthy, by family members with staff scurrying to clean him up when they saw us. Last week he was placed in hospice care due to his still declining state, however no medical records were provided to show us when a doctor had evaluated him to confirm this decision. Now he is skin and bones. He has been agitated, trying to sit up, starving to death, and given no water. and they call hospice care. He was severely neglected by this nursing home. This is a horrible nightmare. My father is suffering at the hands of this place. What a terrible way to pass on from this life for a veteran and a dairy farmer who cared for so many. One staff member was heard complaining about wet sheets by my son. To which he said “I’m sorry my grandfather’s end of life is so inconvenient” When my brother called the facility to check on him, he was told “well, he’s still breathing” What kind of facility is so horrid that they starve a patient to death and decide they should be on hospice because they don’t want to care for him. My father should have been taken back to the hospital. Instead he is suffering horribly until he finally gives out.

This place is horrible the nursing staff is rude and don't help other departments when it's their job to do so the only time they do their job is when state was watching them but as soon as they left they were right back to being lazy they don't pass out trays like they are supposed to especially on the weekends when management isn't there the nurses are very rude to other departments in the building and act very childish

My husband resides there due to dementia etc. The staff are very nice but very unprofessional, all but the office manager. She always tries to help you.<br>The smell is very, very unpleasant & lingers as you leave. Unfortunately, I can't afford to just move him around.

The only thing I was happy about was how clean it was. I felt like the house cleaner was the hardest working one there..
