Awful!!! The facility is bad but what's worse are the employees. Poor management n bad attitudes in every department from the social workers to the charge nurse. The food that's served is putrid. Everyone's hiding or covering each other's mistakes n lack of comprehension on how to appropriately care for the elderly or end of life in that facility. Keep a close on on ur family on that facility n document everything for their protection.

With Golden Living Fountain View we had issues and concerns about care with a family memeber in the Memory Care Lane (Alzheimers/Dementia unit) which led us to have them discharged and moved. If Countryside had an open room at the time, that's where we have had them go. With Golden Living Countryside the care is 2nd to none. We have family at Countryside now, past 3+ years and not once have we had any issues with the care. We are always called about med changes, appointments, updates and any concerns with our family member. I was personally there everyday to visit before Covid restrictions and saw daily how they treated and responded to their residents.
