This place is absolutely disgusting, they serve those people MOLDED & expired foods. I wonder what would happen if the board of health randomly decided to make a visit 🤔 let’s see

My experience was pretty good in the beginning with BrickYard until lately. I don't know if they've had a change of staff or not but they are quickly losing a good reputation, especially with the midnight workers. It seems that they just want to show up for the pay & not do any work & midnights are known for being the easy shift, my fiance is a Healthcare worker at other spots so I've heard stories, good & bad. I was talking to my loved one a resident at BrickYard before 6am on July 17, 2026 they told me that they were feeling sick & in pain and pressed the alert button a lil after 4am & going on 2 hours no responses or contacts were made by any of the employees. One time I was visiting & I pressed the alert button for their roommate that was having issues & no one came to check on her while I was there. There's One employee, I believe her name is Cheryl, if you have an love one there just pray that they have Cheryl on schedule because she is spot on & attentive, they need more people to be like her or give her a supervision position & a raise, because she's been the best so far. Cheryl & Rose but Rose no longer works there. Long term residency needs some serious help or supervision over them because it's reputation is failing quickly. I'm trying my best not to pop up there myself during the times of of pain & suffering because I'm not easily angered but when I do get angry it's hard for me to calm down. Someone needs to get this place back in order. Weed out the people that don't want to work because there's plenty of people looking for a job. Plus there's alot of lazy workers stealing supplies from patients to use on other patients just to save a few steps from going & getting their own provided supplies.

Finding a long-term care facility for my mother was a challenging journey, until I came to Brickyard Healthcare. Jemai was helpful from the first moment we met. The staff have been friendly, caring and consistent. What is most remarkable is that I had heard things about Brickyard that made me hesitant to consider it as an option. But every, and I mean every, encounter has been positive for me. The facility is clean and has lots of natural light. My mom is clean, well fed, and a participant in activities. The staff went out of their way to help make my mom’s birthday celebration special. I know no place is perfect but my family and I feel fortunate to have found Brickyard. If your loved one needs long-term care, I encourage you to take a tour and learn more about this facility.
