I have to give Springmill a high score to feel fair. I am always impressed with the staff. They are very caring and strive to keep their residents wishes addressed. I always feel like I am nicely greeted. My Sister has been a resident for quite a long time. I feel like that is because she has had very good care. They have recently redecorated and it is pleasant and clean looking. My Sister is happy and that is important to me and her family.<br>I must also complete ment and Thank the kitchen staff. Latoya and Vesna, and super helpers superb job. Healthy and tasty food

They let people sit in soiled diapers for hours and give them their medications and None of the staff seem to know what's going on
