This place shows 4 stars evidently it's rigged. Go to other sites and this dump gets 1star. I went visit my loved one and a family friend.
We waited ten minutes to get in, then when we got in it smelled like urine. Went to see my loved one found them completely soiled. They had been it for hours. I helped them change they told me that their bottom hurt. I took a look bed sore is forming.
Told me that they were miserable. Stated that they hear the staff gossiping all the time about other patients.

Oh yeah as I was walking down the hall saw somebody on the floor. Heard someone say third fall this week. I believe it
People keep an eye on your loved ones. Anytime you have to wait for someone to come and let you in AFTER you have a called ten time and no one answers the phone major red flag. Time to call Channel 2 news.
