Very kind and thoughtful workers. Always helpful. My dad has nothing but kind words for this facility and he loves most of the food. They have doctors, nurses, medical staff, social workers and a friendly front desk. Great automated systems too. Painting the walls would help to freshen up the place but very sunny and nice. It is very expensive so it depends on the level of care your loved one needs. My dad is disabled and I feel like he has his dignity back ❤️

My mom was there for rehab thanks to a great team she’s better ! The some of the nurses aids played a part in her coming home, that was the good part, there were a few cons, the d.o.n can be very mean and ignorant but that depends on who she can take advantage of, she a bully and if she doesn’t like you and your getting positive feedback she will make you look bad, someone needs to report her! The housekeeper manager is great and does a lot with all that stress, I know , the food was okay but needs work!

My husband and I were only there an hour and a half visiting a friend so not a lot to report. We were pleased to see what a neat and clean facility it was. The greeter at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. We also loved how cheerful and festive Glade Valley was. We’re sure the patients there feel that Christmas is alive and well.😊

I'm very happy with the care my sister in law is getting in the locked ward. The facility is clean and the staff is very caring. The only complaint I have is that in the past few months when I visit, her fingernails are very dirty & hands are sticky from the syrup she has with her meals. She's been your patient over 5 years and it is a new issue. The family is pleased that she's able to get communion and that she participated in the activities. Good job.
