Reliable, highly communicative, compassionate, and skilled. I am very impressed with TheKey. My 96yo mother felt comforted by each of the competent and gentle overnight aides, and I can not say enough about the personalized attention I received from Deb Frye, the Maryland GM. The Key was very helpful. Working with me in short notice. Do to a national shortage of people, it is best to contact them in advance. I only gave them a day and they were able to offer me 24 hour service with only a couple of holes to fill. Everyone was friendly and cared about helping.
