I’ve lived here for over five years now. Most of the residents are pleasant and very outgoing. There are a few bad apples but that’s everywhere you go. The only downside for me is the kitchens could be a little bigger and the parking situation needs to be addressed. I feel that every resident should have one parking space assigned to them regardless if they have a car or not. The place has gone through a lot of changes since I’ve moved in.

Was told at first it was for seniors and people with limited income. I try to apply it says im not old enough. I email the woman back and then she tells me its for seniors only but the first time she said different. Is it going to be THIS hard to find a place? No wonder so many are homeless.

My mother has lived there two years now, she loves the people. The place is very clean, hallways are somewhat sparse but what do you expect for subsidized housing for the elderly? There are nice common areas and they do have activities at no cost. The administrators have always been very helpful and friendly. It is right across the street from the senior center for Frederick so that is very convenient. No smoking on the grounds, and they mean it. You have to be totally off the property, which I think is great with so many elderly people in close proximity.

Nice, very clean,recently renovated, complex of about 130 units. exercise room, craft center, computer lounge, and a community room, seating 63 people comfortably. All new appliances in kitchen, which is adjoining the community room for resident gatherings. Community room used for concerts, parties, dances, game night, and worship services. Large, flat screen TV in sitting area of the first floor community. Community room also used for resident meetings, held monthly. Management office staff very resident-friendly. Comfortable place to live. Three major bus lines Monday through Friday and one on Saturday. Taxi service very adequate.
