Management (Yvonne) is amazing at Creekside! My apartment was super clean when I moved in! It's very secure and in a great location, with stores and shopping right at your finger tips. Great neighbors too.

“I lived in this apartment complex for one year, from November 2024 to November 25 and my experience deserves an honest warning to future residents.<br>During the tour, the leasing manager showed me a clean unit with a walk-in shower. The apartment I was actually given had no walk-in shower, was not cleaned, and already showed signs of neglect. Roaches came out of the sink drain, plus I had to deal with different kinds of disgust incests, the appliances were extremely out of dated, and the stove died a month before my lease ended.<br>As the only Deaf senior resident, I expected basic respect and accessibility. Instead, my Deaf doorbell signal was removed and thrown on the floor, my plants were damaged/poisoned, and my doormat was stolen. These behaviors were immature, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in a senior complex. It felt less like a community and more like a place where people acted like unsupervised teenagers.<br>I left as soon as my lease ended, and my new apartment has been a complete relief — clean, respectful, and even the manager is eager to learn ASL. The difference in professionalism is night and day.<br><br>This complex failed at honesty, cleanliness, safety, and basic human respect. I would never recommend this place to any senior — especially not someone who is Deaf or requires accessible accommodations<br><br>I hope management takes this review seriously, because no Deaf or senior resident should ever experience what I went through in that building.”

It's nice to live here nice and clean close to the stores everybody the staff is real nice nice and clean I like it here it's nice for me to get around in my power chair I just keep to myself and watch TV

I moved into an apartment here a little over a week ago. The staff has gone out of their way to fix a few things that needed repair in my apartment. They have all been repaired by polite and thoughtful repair people. Mr. Buck in the office has been very receptive to my needs and requests. I highly recommend Creekside at Taskers Chance.

I have seen many of senior apartments thru out this county. Creekside is such a gift. The staff there go way out of there way to help all the residents and the visitors. Christy and the folks go way of of there way to help. When things are in need of attention they roll up there sleeves and get it done. Thank you all for being there and being who you are.
