Management has now threatened residents with eviction for violating new rules against distributing gifts, membership drives, criticizing Homewood or its staff, washing your car in your driveway, and complaining outside Homewood-dictated channels, among other rules.

Lovely new facilities.<br>Unfortunately, new construction is happening VERY close to The Lodge.<br>Overheard several complaints about the quality of food in the dining area... seriously, too salty in a facility for 55+???<br>Also, I heard a number of residents complaining about value for their costs.<br>There would appear to be lots of room for improvements.
