We walk that street year round. Plastic bags, bottles, old shoes, tree debris, sometimes furniture out back for months. Makes me wonder how the inside is kept.

If I could give no stars I would. My grandfather was admitted to Frederick crossing for short term rehab and wound care. He went from walking and talking to no longer responsive or awake. By two days of being there he lost the ability to get up out of bed and walk. When I and other family members would go to visit he would ask us to “break him out of prison” with what words he could barely get out that was clear as day. When we would push the call button to help him up to use the bedside pan it would take over thirty mins to get some help. The Cna and/or nurses were the absolute worst they would roll their eyes, huff and puff/sigh like it was an inconvenience do their job. As a radiologic tech myself I understand how the job can be stressful but I also understand empathy and compassion. So seeing this was infuriating. In the end he got his wish to come home, unfortunately he passed away. I can guarantee if he wasn’t admitted in the first place he would still he here today.

Dad has been home for a month!! Thanks to FH&Rehab!! This is the Best Place To Take Care Of Your Loved Ones!! Dad was in a Smaller Understaffed place before Frederick Health & Rehab. He would not be home with us now if we didn't switch facilities. The Staff is So Kind Caring Helpful & Positive. I visited 3 times a week. I got to Know the staff, was involved in his Care. He was a more productive patient because of the Positivity he felt from the staff!! Thank You For All You Did!!

My mother was recently placed in this facility after being in the hospital so she could gain her strength and return home she was supposed to be on some meds and a breathing machine Everyday for the week my family and I would ask about the breathing machine and what we needed to do to get one placed in her room I even spoke with the director of the facility and I got the run around and we ended up having to call a ambulance out to take my mom back to the hospital! While my mom was there the " care takers" were rude and very unprofessional they follow you around when you step out to make personal phone calls, they left my mother in soaked diapers, if you called for help it would atleast take 30-40 minutes for anyone to respond. The breathing machine we were told at the hospital was a life or death situation we never even got and no one seem to really care. The facility is also very unclean there were stains on what we were told were fresh blankets the floors are disgusting and nothing is ever wiped down the bathroom was never clean and the toilet was literally coming out of the wall when you sat on it! I would never recommend this place I'm so happy have moved my mother but it took an officer and a ambulance to get her out and back to the hospital because in 1 week there she had declined so bad she was back to the way she had been when she 1st was admitted to the hospital! Good luck with your loved ones!!!

My mother has been a resident of Frederick Health and Rehabilitation since January 2023. She been at another Frederick facility that was HORRIBLE. If she hadn’t been moved, I honestly don’t think she’d still be with us today. Thankfully they could accept her. The staff from the front desk, admissions, social services, billing, dining, activities, therapy department and nursing staff have been absolutely wonderful, taking care of my mother. I live in Texas and visit monthly. They treat my Mom and other residents with respect and compassion Which is assuring she’s at a safe loving place. I greatly appreciate the FaceTime calls with her as she is deaf. I am forever thankful and grateful for FHRC
