The downstairs receptionist remembered me from my phone call earlier. Upon arrival when I asked for my uncle she immediately smiled to gesture she remembered and checked me in quickly. My uncle is being taken care of to the best of the facilities capabilities and I am appreciative for this

Everyone here is doing a great job. Physical therapy is very good! Even though they may be understaffed, the nurses, CNA's and administrative team, all deserve 6 stars instead of 5 for extra effort!

if I can give zero stars I would. my father at loyola hospital is palative - Hospice which this facility knew last night as my father was going to be transferred over. I asked 1st if I could tour the facility today 6-9-26 this morning at 10 am which I never set up that time the facility did for me. within 30 seconds of arrival was told my father would not be accepted he was more Hospice. Which again this facility was told by loyola hospital Social work yesterday that he is palitive transfering into Hospice. my father has part A and B and is state pending which again facility was 100% aware. Gald my father was not transferred over to this facility last night. they probably would have shipped him back to the hospital again. A blessing he is not at this place. Found a much better place for my father he is on his way to now! Thanks for NOTHING the acceptance then Denial of my Palitive-Hospice care for my Father!
