Terribly low quality care. The care team is far from qualified and would rather laugh at an old person in pain than help. This morning they lied to me about having called 911 when my dad fell

I have too many issues to explain. I trusted the process until I couldn’t. My dad is only alive today (his birthday) because we got him out of there. This isn’t going to end well for Alta Rehab at Oak Brook

Please don’t send your family here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
