About Aperion Care Niles

Aperion Care Niles is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Niles, Illinois with a licensed capacity of 99 residents. The community serves patients requiring medical oversight and ongoing nursing support.

Families consistently praise the facility's cleanliness and the warmth of individual staff members. Multiple visitors noted a well-maintained environment and highlighted specific team members, including dietary director Michelle, care staff like Lala and Janessa, and bilingual support from staff on the third floor, for going beyond routine duties. One family wrote, "the atmosphere is calm" and described staff members going "out of their way to provide residents and family additional care." Food quality and meal planning also receive recognition, with families appreciating both the meals themselves and attention to dietary preferences.

Activities programming was noted as inconsistent by at least one visitor.

I don’t appreciate the attitude of the nurse Dian in the third floor who is rude most of the time. Opposite to the other nurse Mary Ann who is an angel in this facility.
