I loved the staff I had. They were friendly, understanding, and attentive to my needs. PT and OT staff are excellent. There are activities such as bingo, drumming, and movie nights.

Please don't send your Loved ones or friends here. My Mom had 3 falls at this place. We were told that she needed PT and OT to get stronger before she could move to Asst living place we wanted her to go to. She had 4 blood clots, heart attack and pneumonia so the doctors said she had to go to Rehabilitation center. So insurance would only pay for 1 hour a day. We wanted her to go to Woodlawn. She was a fall risk. They knew this. Instead of putting her close to nurses station they put her all way down the hall. The farest from Nurses station. Mom had 3 more falls when being here. First fall =2 broken ribs, next fall was really bad. Brain bleeds and many bruises on right side of body. They took her to Aultman hospital by ambulance. This was the day we were moving her to a different place. She was in ICU for this fall.6 days in ICU.The Nobles. They don't answer there call lights. Mom was waiting 30 to 40 minutes to be taken to her bathroom. My Mom couldn't wait any longer. So from this fall she had a special filter in her leg to catch blood clots. Was put on Heparin. 3 visits to Aultman for cat scans and 3 visits to Neurologist. Neurologist put her on a different blood thinners called eliquis. The Doctor at The Nobles only see patients on Mondays and Fridays. Neurologist sent over notes to them about Eliquis but The Noble Doc didn't see her until Friday. So she was on 2 blood thinners. Goggle it. It's not very safe to be on both. The director at The Nobles is awful. She didn't seem to care about my Mom fall either. The Nobles Doc only works on Mondays and Fridays. She went back there on Tuesday. So she was on 2 different blood thinners for like 2 days. I told the nurse not to give her both meds. I talked to the Nurse in charge of place about meds. They also told us she would be close to nurses station this time. Not true. They moved her 3 times. Second room move had a defective bed in it. I forgot first bed also was messed up. The footboard keep coming off. So back to other bed. My husband noticed it had a hump in the middle. She rolled off this bed. She called me from cell phone because she couldn't reach call button. I call The Nobles to tell them she was on the floor. She always had her phone around her neck with it attached to lantern. Thank God. The aids or nurse would take 30 to 40 minutes to come when call light was on. This place needs to be inspected. They don't have enough help for all of their patients. So they they should not accept more patients. 2 aids told me they don't enough help there. There's so much I could say but I would need 2 more pages for that. Right now she's in very safe place. Also it's very clean. They have motion detectors in the rooms and come quickly if you push call button. She's at The Inn at University in Massillon Ohio. The director of TheNobles is awful.
