I have had great care these last 10 days here at Belden Village. The Nurses are excellent professional and caring. There are so many to single them out but the chain of care was solid. I want to give a shout out to Stefan really gave personal care when I was somewhat worried about having a male caregiver. I need not have worried he was professional the whole time. I also had OT, PT, ST all first class and many tricks to use at home. Thank you all

I've been here for 3 months recuperating with a broken femur. During my stay I've come across some fine professional people and then some other employees here that are not so. Stefan,Dez,and Tonya are three of the best aids working here as well as the women in the physical therapy department, Debbie, Sherri, and Emma. If not for these employees my stay here would not have been pleasant at all. I have chosen to highlight the names of certain excellent employees rather than focus on poor employees. I would genuinely like to be giving a great review of this facility however at the state of the healthcare system in this country prevents me from doing so. I can only name few chosen professionals who do their job well and they're truly meant to work in this occupation. The nursing staff here has always been competent in my experience although they are spread too thin much like every other position here. Doctors on the other hand are another story they are very rare to get a hold of in person I don't believe they spend much time in the facility or actually interacting with residents, again that's only from my personal experience. With all that having been said this is as honest a review as I can give.

Absolutely terrible. My daughter was sent here for rehab after a stroke. Her room had huge holes in the walls above her bed, they continually gave her the wrong medication or just didn't bother to give her her meds at all - my daughter said that she crawled out into the hall in the middle of the night to beg the nurses for her medication. Food was unbelievably bad and not much of it. Utterly filthy and the smell was beyond belief. Nothing worked properly, the elevator was constantly broken, the automatic door in the front lobby didn't work and the receptionist had to muscle it open to let you in. I called the state to report this dump - I sincerely hope they shut it down. Do not put your loved one in this terrible place.

This place is far from the description on their site it the complete opposite. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this facility. The staff are rude and awful to the patients the place is beyond filthy the smell in unacceptable. I recommend not wasting your time to even consider placing your loved one here.
