If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Northeast Professional was one of the most stressful and chaotic periods I have ever dealt with while trying to care for my mother. From the very beginning, staffing was a constant issue. When caregivers or nurses called off, there was little to no effort made to secure coverage. Instead, the responsibility was repeatedly pushed onto me, a full-time working, single mother at the time, to figure it out. I was left scrambling to rearrange my work schedule and personal life because the agency could not fill shifts they were contracted to cover. That is a sole job of an agency. There was a period of nearly two weeks where my mother went without professional care because the agency failed to properly resolve issues with her caseworker. Two weeks I had to miss work myself to make sure my mother was taken care of. When someone relies on daily assistance, that is not a small inconvenience, it is a serious failure. Communication was unprofessional and often argumentative especially with Lisa there office manager. Whenever I raised concerns about scheduling gaps or lack of coverage, the response was defensive rather than solution-oriented. Instead of accountability, I felt blamed for shifts they were unable to staff. That is not how families seeking support should be treated. There were also instances where my mother was left without supervision and I received little to no notice that a nurse would not be arriving. Finding out at the last minute — or after the fact — that no one was coming is completely unacceptable when someone depends on consistent care. Throughout my time working with this agency, I did not feel that client care was the priority. It felt transactional rather than compassionate. Families in vulnerable situations deserve reliability, transparency, urgency, and respect. We deserved better. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency to anyone who truly needs dependable and accountable care for a loved one. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT hire this agency for your loved ones care. Ocal has been like night and day contact them if you are looking for someone you can Rely on!!! So glad I switched last Month! What a relief!

This company is TRASH !!! The aides they employ are BELOW SUBSTANDARD ,the administration is TRASH THEY LIE TO YOU . You received 1 star because I had no other choice. Sending aides that are elderly that have breathing condition sending aides that cannot perform errands due to lack of transportation sending aides that want to preach the Bible sending aides that Constantly on the phone sending aides that do not perform cleaning task. Administration does NOTHING THEY DONT CALL WHEN A CALL OFF OCCURS I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS THEY EXPLOIT THE AGED AND VULNERABLE FOR PROFIT TO BAD THE PRESS CANT GET INVOLVED TO EXPLOIT THIS COMPANY like they do their clients

They currently have a patient being taken care of by a family member. They don't care that this person is not cared for at all. House is bed beg and cockroach infested,dirty,dog urine and feces always on floor,and the smell of the house is awful. This person's room smells of body odor because they aren't regularly showered,their room is dirty,full of food boxes and dishes because their paid " caretaker" does nothing but eat n get high in the residence.Northeast's nurse has been there multiple times and apparently thinks this is all acceptable.I wouldn't trust them to take care of anyone. Terrible! One star because I had to!

I have had aides through Northeast for about three years now. As requested, I have the same aide three days a week. Both of the gals I've had have been fantastic. However, the reason I did not give five stars is because of the lack of communication from the office at Northeast. I've had a real problem with not being called if an aide calls off or is on vacation to let me know who or if someone else will be coming.
