Horrible place the aides are treated rudely. Residents are yelling slurs to aids and it is being brought to the nurses attention to handle it from the aides. The nurses do nothing but laugh and not do their jobs horrible establishment. The inn needs to END!

My father recently spent 6 months in the Memory Care wing, and his care was excellent. I can't say enough about the caring staff and their attention to our father. I highly recommend The Inn at Belden Village!

My mother lived at the Inn for fourteen years. The first eight years, she lived on the assisted living side and the last six years, she lived in the dementia wing. I won't give a bad review of the staff as I believe there are a lot of good people who work there who are terribly UNDER PAID. I think the owners of this facility spend more time and money on expensive decorations and unnecessary accessories that residents and families don't need or care about rather than spending that money on salaries to keep good employees.<br><br>UPDATE: Within eight months of leaving The Inn at Belden Village and entering a facility located on Maple St. in North Canton just west of Walsh University, my mother gained TWENTY-SIX POUNDS!!! This is due to her being PROPERLY fed complete, nutritious meals three times a day everyday. Something that did not happen at The Inn at Belden Village. If there is one thing a family expects from a facility, it is that our family member will be properly fed. I was led to believe my mother’s health was failing and she should be placed on hospice. NO, she needed proper nutrition.
