This company partakes in medical billing fraud by double billing insurance companies. The co owner Heidi threatened to discharge me as a patient because I investigated the billing issue and why they have not received payment. My investigation revealed that heart o gold had in fact received payment. I confronted her about her false claims that my insurance company was not paying them. Heidi immediately became defensive and dropped me as a client. However, my insurance verified that they paid the contracted amount rather than the amount heart o gold billed which they knowingly overbilled. The owner of the company blames me for her fraudulent activity and then dropped me as a client. Heart o gold is not trustworthy, is negligent, and discriminatory especially towards minorities.

My company has these guys come out for our clients and they are fantastic! The nurses are great and the office staff are extremely helpful. They really go above and beyond!
