I recently visited The Waters of Castleton and was truly impressed by the atmosphere and professionalism of the team. The building was clean, updated, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The hallways and common areas were beautifully maintained and created a calm, comfortable environment for residents and families. What stood out the most was the kindness of the staff and the attention given to creating a positive experience. You can tell the team takes pride in the community and works hard to provide quality care and support. A beautiful facility with a warm environment and strong leadership. Definitely worth considering for anyone looking for skilled nursing or rehabilitation services in the Indianapolis area.

I recommend you consider the Waters of Castleton. We have gotten to know nearly the entire staff. They are hard working professionals who will communicate with you about your loved one’s status & needs. We are regular visitors there, and we’re grateful for their enitre staff!<br><br>My Wife & I attended their Christmas Eve party which was entirely for the residents. Unfortunately, many of the residents do not have visitors; however, the Waters Staff put a smile on everyone of their faces. We were very impressed, but not surprised. We have gotten to know the Waters staff and we appreciate them all.

This facility has an amazing clinical team! Ramone who is the DON is hands down the best in the business. He is very welcoming, always available by call or email and is very open to always be there to communicate with families, residents, etc. Nina who doubles as the ADON and wound nurse is amazing. Her and Ramone make great leadership for the building and encourage a fun and uplifting home environment for not only the residents but staff as well. I have encountered so many staff members that have gone above and beyond at taking care of loved ones. I've become very familiar with a lot of the floor staff. From Shaniqua to Mercedes, Josie, Angela, and Na'tiyah, know all residents like the back of their hands and truly take care of everyone's loved ones like their own. Ramone, Nina, Na'Tiyah. Michael in admissions is very sweet, always upbeat and makes tough transitions easy for families. Really solid team of those mentioned. There are some really amazing people in this building and I encourage everyone to give it a try.

My uncle has lived here for about a year and he loves it! He’s been a lot happier than when he was living on his own. The staff is friendly, facility is clean, and they have plenty of activities for him to do
