This facility isn’t anywhere close to a one star rating but they don’t give a minus rating !!<br>This place has been an incredible nightmare for a family member that is residing here!!<br>I am so incredibly upset and frustrated with the lack of care, medication errors, supposed physicians that claim to have seen the patients here and they additionally tell my over one that they will “enter orders” for medications, psychiatric care, physical therapy and so much more yet they either don’t do it or it most certainly isn’t followed.<br>My loved one has been given incorrect meds, claims that they “run out of meds” wound care visits that don’t even happen, has a roommate that uses drugs and smokes in the room as well as doesn’t do any hygiene care. The room is infested with bugs! The so called “care givers” don’t care!<br>Please, never put or leave your loved one in this place. My loved one suffers because they are on state insurance !!!!!!!!<br>Don’t do it! I am pleading with anyone and everyone if you can avoid this horrible place do so!<br>A Motel 6 would be cleaner and safer !
