Cindy is one of the most dynamic individuals at Sycamore Reserve. She graduated from Franklin Central High School, was office manager for her husband Dr. Tim Dudley and managed the Waterman Family Farms for 7 years.
She's volunteered for Big brother Big Sisters of America, Global Peace, has been on 4 mission trips to Kenya and 16 mission trips to Jamaica. Her passion for helping others makes it no surprise that she's received the Paul Harris Volunteer award from Rotary International.
Cindy has been married to Tim Dudley for over 25 years. She enjoys gardening, reading, biking and spending time with family and friends.
Shawn Gann
Assistant Director and Director of Sales & Marketing
Shawn's 16 years of senior living experience has given her a deep passion for serving the senior population. She has worked for several senior living companies, most recently with Riverwalk Commons in Noblesville. Born and raised in Indianapolis, the youngest of eight children, Shawn has a strong desire to be part of a large family. This trait is displayed as she treats all her residents and their loved ones as part of her ever-growing family.
Shawn currently resides in Carmel with her daughter, Kelsey, who graduated from nursing school in December 2019 and her two Dachshunds, Frank and Odie and mini Goldendoodle, Moose. Shawn is also a Proud Army Mom, with her son, Kyle, serving in the US Army in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Her daughter, Ali, works as an IT Medical Recruiter for Medasource in Chicago. In her spare time, Shawn enjoys Pilates, traveling, doing anything outdoors and spending as much time as possible with her two beautiful granddaughters, Lyla and Eve.

Sycamore Reserve has so much heart & soul. Every-time I visit there it feels like home. I have been a resident at Sycamore Reserve for a month and I love it..the staff including Jessica and Jennifer and the maintenance all the way to the cleaning and food service folks have been tremendous..obviously things occur that are out of anyone's control, but I have been thoroughly satisfied with the location, services rendered and amenities offered..Anyone interested, please check it out for yourself...

Mom has been there for a month now and every conversation is how great it is...food is fantastic, activities awesome, and the staff is super sweet! Jessica and Jennifer are the best to work with.

We’ve had a really great experience with Sycamore Reserve. From the start, it’s felt more like a true community than just a senior living facility.<br>The biggest thing for me is how the staff has gotten to know my mom on a personal level. She’s not treated like just another resident, they really see her as a friend and a neighbor. You can feel that the care is genuine, and that’s meant a lot to our family.<br><br>Jessica, Jennifer, and the entire team have been incredible. They’ve gone out of their way to build real relationships with my mom, and it shows every time we visit. It gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing she’s surrounded by people who truly care about her.<br>And the food deserves a mention too because it’s excellent. Honestly, as good as many restaurants in Indy. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, which is such a nice bonus.<br>We’re very grateful to have found Sycamore Reserve and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be well cared for and genuinely known.

I’m not looking for senior living myself, but I’ve had the chance to interact with some of the staff at Sycamore Reserve — and what a lovely group of people. Cindy is awesome! They clearly take great care of their residents and their facilities. Highly recommend.
