The residents are left in their own bodily fluids, and ignored. Poor nursing practices. Nurses and techs are too worried about their social media and their phones. the food for the residents seem to improve for awhile but the past week has been awful. SMH Don't send your loved ones here please.

I had a stroke, after my 13 days in the hospital I went to a ComuniCare facility, Evergreen, insurance ran out because nothing was ever explained to me. Get out, go to a hotel, stroke out there, another trip to the hospital. Then Allison Pointe, I have divideds from a trust fund she setup. This is now considered income that I need to turn over to them. I get no ssi or ssdi, so that is my only source to purchase food, drinks, toiletries, etc. Because if I don't do what they want by surrendering any money I do receive, to pay for my stay(which Medicaid does). Does this seem legal? I don't understand....

My brother has an appointment at the hospital to see if they can save his foot from being amputated. A result from not reporting his condition "AT ALL".

Stayed at this facility for five months for physical therapy. Started off decent enough. True colors eventually shown. If you can avoid putting someone you love in a place as such, please look elsewhere. They are not in the business of trying to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Money hungry at the expense of those who trust them. Unprofessional business office staff. Nursing staff is verbally abusive to residents. Video snip of what I heard provided. This type of interaction occurred more often than not. There is a lot of patient neglect impacting those who are not able to speak for themselves. I have not been a resident of Allison Pointe Healthcare since January 9, 2026. I am no longer under the care of Allison Pointe Healthcare. There was change in the representative payee information took place well after I had left the facility. And I was not made aware of this change during my stay or before my departure. Allison Pointe has named themselves as my representative payee as of January 29th, 2026. I am not at another facility and have transferred back into the normal living community. Upon my departure, James and Jessica were aware of my return to the community and not to another facility as I completed the discharge with them both, respectively. Even shook their hands as a sign of appreciation and respect. When I took this matter to their attention I get no response. No phone call no email reply. Because of this matter, my SSDI income has been suspended so I currently have no means of income. It is my understanding that Allison Pointe will need to remove themselves as a representative payee so I am able to resume receiving my monthly benefits. They have no business taking my income, I have not been under their care for almost two months! In addition while reviewing my Medicaid billing form; Allison Pointe did bill Medicaid for a "discharge fee" dated January 9, 2026. Just stay away.

Please believe the negative reviews! This facility is beyond despicable! Prior to my husband's admission to Allison Pointe Healthcare, I assumed we would make our own determination. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are accurate, and the rating should be negative. My husband was admitted for wound care and physical/occupational therapy. During nearly two months, he did not receive appropriate wound care until after being seen at an outside wound care clinic, where an infection was identified. With respect to therapy, my bed-bound husband was sat on the edge of the bed only once--and only after we complained. Meaningful therapy was virtually nonexistent. Staff attempted to place him in a wheelchair with improper pedals, causing him to slide, and even suggested using a makeshift wooden box, which is wholly inappropriate in a medical setting. After waiting over three weeks for proper equipment, he was later left in a wheelchair without a call light within reach, despite having a Stage 4 wound. He had to call me on his phone so I could demand he be returned to bed. I am an attorney and documented numerous deficiencies. My sister, a cardiologist, identified that my husband was given incorrect lab results. When raised with the temporary nurse practitioner, I was told, "The results have his name on them, so they must be his," and she proposed further testing based on those inaccurate results--then asked if my husband had been drinking alcohol, which he does not. That interaction prompted us to plan for discharge. While there are a few compassionate nurses and aides, they are overwhelmed by poor leadership. Basic care was provided only upon repeated requests, including vital checks. Families must constantly advocate, monitor medications, and ensure repositioning--otherwise care is missed. This facility charges nearly $12,000 per month. For that amount, patients should not have to fight for basic care, safety, and dignity. I strongly urge anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere and to check on loved ones frequently--especially if they are bedridden.
