This place is always short staff and leaves patients in there wet diapers till the next shift. And it's so hard to get inside because there's no one that would open the door.

This place is the worst! Putting your people here is like putting them on the block! These are the most unprofessional health care team I have ever come across. They are lazy and don't want to work. No one is ever manning the desk and I had an important message for my mother and I could not get through to anyone! It's Saturday morning and no one is at the desk??? Then you have to wait to be let in and let out. They don't care about the patients enough. They should not be in this profession. It's just a job to them. My mother has complained that her stuff was missing, as well. They need to clean house!!!!

The care was standard and the staff was friendly but once your relative passes away don't expect to have any kind of smooth transition. It's been 5 months and NO ONE has contacted us about my mother-in-laws estate. My phone calls go unanswered and we have had to hire a lawyer to help us work this all out. What a nightmare on top of sadness.
