I have been here one year and I feel blessed to be here. I feel that the pearl has saved my life. Kelli is my friend here and Maribel is a good nurse and cares for the staff. I feel as though my needs are not ignored.

I think this facility is founded by many loving people. It is filled with laughter, speedy staff who take care of the residents, it's amazing and I'm very pleased with what I see here. Elyse in admissions is very helpful and kind, Deonle in housekeeping is great at keeping everything clean, there are many nurses and CNAs who go above any beyond. Everyone here is just beautiful and I'm happy everyone is open to helping me when needed.

I would like to take a moment and thank the entire staff starting with Lisa Williams the administrator of the Pearl of Downers Grove. Lisa was a very wonderful person to work with in reference to my mother's stay at the Pearl of Downers Grove. Lisa would always call back in a timely manner whenever I had an important question if she wasn't there working her usual 10 hour day. She is someone with heart and has a true dedication in her profession and responsibility running P of DG. Her staff including Elyse K, Brittney B, Courtney R, Denise A, in administration as well as my mother's nurses/CNA Julio, Jessica O, are among the many names I can remember at this writing were great to my mom while she spent her last days at Pearl. A "THANK YOU!" is the least I can express to the entire staff of the Pearl of Downers Grove.

My time here was better than I ever could have expected. I spent over 6 months here receiving rehab. The therapists are outstanding!! The staff in every area is very friendly & willing to help however they can. Can't forget the Activities department who does a great job at finding things to fill our time.

Finding and leaving a family member in a facility can be very stressful. My sister was a resident receiving rehab and a place to stay for 6 1/2 months. This place was amazing. The therapist are dedicated to give you the best therapy. My sister was wheeled in a hospital bed and 6 1/2 months later she is walking with a walker truly amazing! She definitely put in the hard work which they saw and they worked hard with her so thankful for the team. As for the entire staff there from the time you walk in at the reception desk to nurses doctors CNA’s anybody affiliated with this place I felt at ease, knowing my sister was there and being taken care of. Of course, with everything, patience and understanding goes a long way, especially knowing that they are dealing with more than one person. A shout out to Farrah, the activities director and her staff. They work hard and do a great job at occupying the residence time. They’re very creative.
