Was told after my mothers physical therapy stopped being covered by insurance that her continued stay there without PT would be covered by her insurance — fast forward 4 months later to having one of the business office ladies RAISING HER VOICE TO ME on the phone when I try and relay this message as she harasses me to sign over my moms social security benefits for payment because she hadn’t been covered since her PT stopped. I refused to sign over her benefits because I am not her POA, and the fine print held the signee liable even if the patient passes away. They are liars, they don’t care about their patients. After moving my mom in with me, her doctor was mortified to see the results of some of their practices and the long term harm it has done to my mom, not only this but AFTER she moved out of the facility, they FORGED a signature to get her benefits sent to them anyway instead of taking the legal route of sending to collections and trying to garnish. They think they can get away with taking advantage of patients who aren’t capable of advocating for themselves. Beware, don’t send your loved one here unless you absolutely have to, and if you do, keep record of every document physical or digital they send you, and honestly i would audio record every interaction with staff you have.

They don't care about the patients and you have some worker's that care but from the owner on down they dont care, have a hard time getting mattress, towels and the basic needs, some not getting care or shower right, chairs ragedy, beds ragedy, they let someone close to pass by not feeding them or swallow test, knowing they diabetic and haven't eating nothing and took them 3 to 4 days to figure it out but it was too late because the sugar low, they in the hospital and passed, barely clean! This another theory of most of these nursing homes that scares me and say I would never put my parents in these facilities! Just horrible place, I write a book and the state do come but they probably work for them! Giving a 1 star is being kind!
