No working remote in my dads room for days. No shower or bath. Within 1 week of his stay he had fallen out of the hoyer 3 times. They do not clean him properly after using the bathroom which I've witnessed multiple times. Nothing was explained to him as what he could do there .. they just left him in his room .. rarely changing or even turning on the TV for him as the remote didn't work. Also no working phone in his room. I am so ashamed I put my dad here.

The tillers staff is always so welcoming. They are always available to answer any questions and concerns to put your mind at ease. Everyone is very friendly and they always have a smile on their face.

My loved one was not served food, was not bathed, was not given his prescribed medication, and was lying in his own feces for who knows how long. This place works with a skeleton crew, one nurse for the entire building. Call lights all going off and not being tended to. There is not one ounce of care or compassion. The five star review is misleading because they likely know when their audits are.

Doesn't appear staff is compassionate. Appears under staffed. Grandpa was left unchanged throughout day. Not placed into clean clothes. Food was not brought into his room. Really sad experience
