Pearl of Elgin is a skilled nursing facility that truly puts residents and families first. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. Whether you're a resident, family member, or vendor, Liz in Admissions always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to make people feel welcome. The same can be said for Martha at the front desk, who helps create a positive and inviting atmosphere from the very first interaction. Enrique does an outstanding job leading the facility and keeping everything running smoothly. Rosibeth is a phenomenal Director of Nursing, and it shows through the dedication and quality of care provided by the entire clinical team. Team members like Joann, Fatima, and Cheryll consistently demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to their residents. What stands out most about Pearl of Elgin is the culture. The teamwork, communication, and resident-centered approach are evident throughout the building. It's clear that the staff truly care about the people they serve and work hard every day to provide exceptional care and support. Highly recommend.
