The Pearl of Evanston is a fantastic facility with top notch care ! The administration , the nurses , physical therapy team are exceptional in the services they provide to my friend Cubs Superfan Ronnie Woo Woo Wickers who loves it at Pearl ! I recommend Pearl to anyone needing care for their loved ones ! 5 star rating and above in my opinion

This place is garbage. Food is terrible. Staff mostly sucks, although there a few diamonds in the rough. Overall, do not stay here

Amazing care. Really good people who actually care about my loved one. I was so impressed and would highly recommend. Mark, the administrator, was super. Kind, caring, and sincere.

I'd like to take this moment to talk about Izzy, the wound care nurse. This is the most wonderful experience I have ever had with anybody in the medical field that is just awesome. I don't believe I would have gotten as far as I have with my wound care and recovery and I could not think of anyone else if I would be able to choose to be in charge of my recovery. 100% awesome!!! Wish I could take her home with me for wound care.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>My mom was admitted to The Pearl of Evanston strictly for wound care, and I want to recognize Izzy, the wound care specialist. Her care was truly extraordinary.<br><br>Izzy walked me through every stage of my mom’s wound care so I could understand the healing process. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, my mom’s wound healed completely.<br><br>What meant the most to our family was how much Izzy truly cared. Because she speaks Spanish, she would even help bathe my mom when needed, even though it wasn’t part of her responsibilities. My mom felt safe and comfortable with her, and her day would always brighten when Izzy arrived because she knew she was in good hands.<br><br>Anyone with a loved one in care knows how important it is to advocate for them, but Izzy went above and beyond and treated my mom with compassion, passion, and professionalism.<br><br>If my mom ever needed wound care again, I would choose this place again, specifically because of Izzy.
