I have had a great experience working at TheKey Senior Home Care. The team is supportive, welcoming, and genuinely cares about both clients and caregivers. One thing I really appreciated was transparent about PTO and company policies. Everything is explained clearly, and requesting or understanding time off was straightforward, which has made planning much less stressful. Communication is professional, scheduling is well organized, and I feel respected as an employee.
