The reason I put a one because when my dad was there and it says I’m actually a certified nursing assistant when it was terrible there was a lady that we walked in and she was peeing and everybody of the staff was laughing. Also, they Cna‘s weren’t professional I had to stay overnight with my dad because one of the Cna‘s was pushing not pushing but forcing him to get up to go to the bathroom which he does not know what they were saying so since I was there, I asked the unit manager and deal with if my dad needs anything Care I would do it. I would never ever put in love when I get there. It is ugly filthy stinky I do not advise nobody to put their family there. They’re the ones that had the Covid that lost a ladder residence there.

I can’t give enough praise to the wonderful staff at Southeast Nursing and Rehab! From the moment my family and I walked through the front door, we truly felt taken care of. I knew my grandmother was in the best care possible. Special THANK YOU to Jodie Wilson and the rehab staff for always making sure grandma was receiving the best treatment and keeping my family and I involved. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Highly recommend this facility for your loved ones!

This place is the worst. My grandmother is here, and she has been harassed by her roommate, and they won't move her. She has had her food stolen and had threats made to her. We were trying our best to find another place that would take her. If you're going to leave an elderly loved one here, please keep in mind it is NOT only elders here. There are ages from 40 and up, some are even younger and will walk into rooms and take what they want. The staff does not care about the tenants and will leave them soaking in their own urine for hours, maybe even days. This is not a place for any elderly people. Please rethink your choices before leaving someone here. They will be abandoned when they need assistance, and the place is not well maintained. There are boards coming off the walls and lots of things worng with this facility. I hope the investigation of neglect moves forward. If your family is here and are being treated bad by staff, then they are also more than likely treated terrible by the other residents. They will bully the elders. I've seen it with my own eyes during a visit. Please do not leave someone here if you love them.

I came to this facility to serve my former administrator. I have fallen in love with this building, our residents, families, and our team. Every department comes in and gives their very best to our residents. Our building is clean, it doesn't have that unpleasant nursing home odor. It's an older building, but it's filled with love. Our administrator is focused on team development, exceptional clinical outcomes, and improving the quality of life for not only our residents, but also each member of the staff. He believes that in order to take care of residents, he must also take care of the team. It's an honor to serve Mr. Hall, our team, and especially the beautiful souls who call Southeast their home. Southeast is changing for the better every day, and it is truly exciting to be part of this transformation.

I had a family member here for a short time (3 weeks), and the level of care was incredible. although I lost that family member they went out of their way to make him feel comfortable, unlike the place before. it did not smell like the usual nursing home, it was always clean, and almost everyone acted professional, I am extremely grateful to JB, who went out of his way to make my family member. before bringing him here I had a very heavy heart, cause I said I would never send a family member to a nursing home, but this facility changed my opinion of them. I highly recommend this facility you will not find a better place than this.
