If I could 0 stars they told me to give them a chance to treat my mom 1st week was there didn’t see anything called nurse to hey my mom clean up she was choking respetorory didn’t show up till 1 hr later mom is back to ICU if you want your love one to die take them there

This place is the best nursing home on the southeast side of San Antonio, it always clean. My grandma loves it! Friendly staff, attentive.

If a facility could receive zero stars, this would be it. This facility is clearly understaffed. A patient was released before even completing two full days because they did not have enough staff to provide care. That alone is alarming. I was also told there have been five resident falls, which raises serious concerns about supervision and staff training. A nursing home should prioritize patient safety, and based on this experience, I would not trust this facility to provide adequate care.

My father was just recently sent there from the ICU, not even a week later my father was ruched back to the ICU do to him not getting proper care and he had caught pneumonia and was rushed at 6am but THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME THAT HE WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL. I was so scared when I had arrived to visit my father because he wasn’t in his room and all of this stuff was still there. And the nurses just acted like it was normal no sorry, no apologies and no answer to why I was not notified. During his little time there they never moved him side to side so he wouldn’t get bed sores, they never cleaned him properly and the room was horrible they had stuff in his room that he didn't even need. they threw stuff in there like if his room was a storage unit. and Don't get me started on his nurses were rude and when i asked them about anything or to do something, they acted like it was a big task for me asking them to clean and change him, like it wasn't their job. I personally would not recommend this facility to anyone especially if you think that your loved one is supposed to be getting better with their current situation but it just got worse.
