Lara at Sodalis Windcrest is the best Activities Director they’ve had! She loves the residents and has excelled at making their days fun, laughter filled and interesting. Lara Reznicek has made such a huge difference in our Mama’s life at Sodalis. She is regularly participating in all the things Lara and her team plan weekly for residents. Her days are so much fun and even though she has Alzheimer’s and does not remember things, in the moment she is smiling and happy and enjoying herself. That is priceless to our entire family. Mama has come out of her shell and is living her best life! Lara keeps her busy with interesting and fun activities and most importantly our Mama has made new friends and is enjoying herself like she never has. Lara will share photos or videos of Mama during the activities and these are so special to see. I share them with other family members who don’t get to see their Oma and it brings all of them so much joy and peace of mind that she is Ok! If it was not for Lara I know Mama would still be spending many hours of the day alone in her room. Lara has gone above and beyond to show my mother and other residents that there is so much to do and that her days can be fun and meaningful. My family just cannot say enough about how much we love and respect the work Lara does. We thank you Lara, for all you do and for loving our Mama/Oma. We thank you Sodalis Windcrest for making the smartest decision to hire Lara for this immensely important role. My mother and the other residents love Lara and more importantly, Lara truly loves them as well!

When my grandfather was here, they rarely checked in on him. He fell in his bathroom and kept calling for help, he was on the floor for 9 hours before they came in and found him. Then wanted to make excuses as to why he was left alone and no one would take blame. Awful place to put your loved one here

Thank you to the Sodalis community and staff for your love and compassion with my mother. Although she wasn't able to express her self in the end, she loved each of you.

Sodalis staff thank you so much for your continuous love that you provided to my mother in law Elida Caplan until her recent passing. You all are so compassionate and treated her like your own family member. A special thank you to Lara for always being there for me when I needed you. We will miss and love you all.

My 92 year old Mom loves living here. We especially love Lara Reznicek, the Program Director. She makes every event fun and inviting, and is always encouraging Mom and the other residents to participate. This one exceptional person has made such an impact on Mom’s joy and quality of life at Sodalis. My Mom was always a bit of a wallflower, but is now eager to join in all the activities and feels like part of a family community.
