This place dropped and injured a patient, lied about it to the family, and nothing was done about it. This was done even after new management was brought in. Also, there is only one tech who could do her job professionally and with care. Nurses and techs here get so defensive and dismissive when family members ask questions. Do not bring your loved ones. Skilled nursing facilities are not perfect but this one was by far the worst.

The staff was nice and friendly, but as we walk through the corridors...the smell of urine was so strong.<br>It need to be cleaner and taking care of the patients more often.

San Remo was clean and odorless. My brother stayed at this facility during the month of May 2026. The director, James Parker, was cooperative, accessible and quite knowledgable. Nurses and direct assistance personnel insured quality care and attentiveness. I would highly recommend San Remo.

They need to train there nures not to let thay hair hang down in patients food and in there face are why they taking care of the patients.And social workers and financial workers need not to go to patients room about paying money to deal with family about the pay so patients can heal.
