Sunrise on Hillcrest is a wonderful community. I had the opportunity to visit this week. The staff truly care about each resident and many of the staff have been with Sunrise for several years. They take time listen to residents' needs and take actions accordingly.<br><br>The community is welcoming and kind. They have many activities to keep the community active and engaged.

I visited my grandma here and the staff were all extremely kind. The dining area was pleasant to have lunch at and the food was amazing. It is good to know that she is being well taken care of.

My father transferred from another facility that closed. He's been at Sunrise for 9 months. Our family could not be more relaxed about him living here. He is always clean, safe & entertained. He lives in the memory care unit where the food is yummy & plentiful, the staff ratio is appropriate, the accommodations are very comfortable, and the atmosphere inviting. Communication has been easy and clear from the business office to nurses and care team. Dad does not realize how pretty the place is, so that part is for me. I plan to consider Sunrise top-of-list for Mom who is coming along next needing AL and Memory Care. Sunrise is financially sound in a category not anticipated to sell or close. We have been extremely happy with our decision to leave Dad in their capable caring hands.

This review is for staff members Yvonne and Lily, I can’t speak for the facility but if it’s any reflection of these ladies I can only imagine it is just as wonderful as they are.<br><br>I was in a car accident at the intersection out front of the facility, when the firemen brought me to the side of the road these two ladies were truly my guardian angels. They rushed to aid myself and the other driver, praying over us, bringing water, reassuring us that we were okay and that we were blessed. I have never felt such profound kindness and love from strangers. I’m so incredibly thankful for these ladies and cannot thank them enough for being so selfless in their acts, and waiting with me patiently while I waited for my mom to pick me up. This facility is incredibly blessed to have Yvonne and Lily as a part of their staff. God bless and much love ❤️
