Love one was there for a short stay for rehabilitation. They are supposed to oversee a shower 3 times a week as he had an injury that affected balance. We had to keep asking for that shower. He went 4 days without.

I recommend this place for sure! We sent my mom here to do some rehab after receiving surgery on her left foot and they’ve been great with her. There were some that didn’t exactly do their job correctly and were a bit rude. BUT 4 amazing workers made up for it. Lesly the CNA, George and Grace physical therapist, and James the driver were absolutely amazing and great to my mother.

My dad has been at The Belmont at Twin Creeks for the past 2 weeks, and we are very grateful for the care he has received from everyone there, especially Lesly Brou and Bernadette AOR. Lesly is kind, patient, attentive, and always makes sure my dad is comfortable and cared for. Bernadette is incredibly caring and detail-oriented. She carefully manages my dad’s medications, closely monitors his blood pressure, and always takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. They both truly go above and beyond in caring for my dad, and their compassion and dedication have brought great comfort to our family during a difficult time. Thank you both for everything you do!

We had a very concerning experience at The Belmont at Twin Creeks. Communication with staff was inconsistent, and follow-up on important care needs was lacking. The building also appeared to be in need of renovation, and there were noticeable cleanliness issues, including an unpleasant odor. Based on our experience, we were not confident in the level of attention and care provided. In our case, we had to be very proactive to ensure basic needs were met, which was extremely stressful given the circumstances. I would encourage families considering this facility to ask detailed questions and closely monitor care.
