This is a great facility. The employees are caring and it really shows. This type of work really takes compassion and care and the employees display that through their work. Jessica, Jacob, and Barbara are a few of the CNAs and they work exceptionally well.

Dont do it. My father was transferred to this facility mid day and was back in the hospital a couple of hours later for a fall. A fall so severe that it required an ambulance, emergency room and stitches. ON THE SAME DAY HE WAS TRANSFERRED THERE. Want to know the best part? We weren't even informed of the situation. We found out because my mom went to go visit. They stated they called two people, one being me, and nobody answered. Neither of us recieved a call. When questioned why a voicemail wasnt left, they didnt have an answer. Something so severe needing stitches and you couldn't leave a 15 second voicemail to inform the family?

I wouldn't choose this place. I just posted a review yesterday and I'm back today. I just found out my friend, who is a fall risk, fell trying to get out of bed. She has been transported to a hospital, but get this, they don't know which one, because another female patient was transported to the hospital for a doctor's appointment at the same time. Please don't place your family members here if you can help it.

HORRIBLE !! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE HERE !!! KIMBERLY(social worker) and STACY (finance) have been very disrespectful with NO HELP to both myself and my mother her Daughter . KIMBERLY also hung up on me when all I was trying to do was get information. After, calling again Kimberly finally told me and my mother that my grandmother has Dementia when there is NO TEST done. Stating that we have no say but we can visit her. My mother decided to do a visit today asked for the social worker KIMBERLY and she NEVER went to the room. Staff gave my mother the go around of where Kimberly was at and never was able to speak to her. My grandmother is conscious . Since my mother went to visit her . Plus they can’t give proof of her having Dementia at all. Also they are not feeding her nor keeping her clean. Not allowing her to shower. They said that she can walk to the cafeteria to eat . Make that make sense !! The last time I was there they brought her food . There treating her with negligence. This is not called for .. As I mentioned DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY NOR FRIENDS HERE !!

I appreciate all of the care I received at this facility. This is my second admission here and the therapy and care i received was wonderful.
