I’ve had the pleasure of doing flooring and general contracting work for Miss Kay for many years, and she is absolutely awesome! She’s always on top of everything overseeing every project and making sure the job gets done right. Miss Kay is responsive, professional, and truly cares about the quality of work on her property. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Needs better lighting on the outside of the property since there are a lot of seniors living on property. Also there is suppose to be a security guard - when visiting property, I never see one. Management needs to walk the property more often to see what's actually going on. The inside upkeep of the property could be better.

Have been here since 2013 and my husband n I love living here in this Senior complex. Great neighbors n great staff. Beautiful place n location. Easy access to I-30 n very close to downtown Dallas.
