The staff was rude and unprofessional !!! The director lied about there being a useable phone in every room , the staff would steal his chargers, food, snacks, and drinks , clothes come up missing , and never found , The person over billing would approach me negatively saying that my love one owed 9000.00 in housing fees alone even with their insurance and I was told that was separate and they expected pmt and this was in a 30 day span !!! They were a nightmare !!! I really should rate them with a one point zero only because of their food but other than that it was trash !!! Liars and excuses !!! Ok

Went to visit a close family friend and really surprised by this place. The place was clean, warm and inviting. Though my friend wishes she was home, she's happy this facility has been taking care of her. The two employees we met were very kind and helpful. It seems to be a wonderful place.
